Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the room was spacious and clean, and the facilities provided, such as the refrigerator and coffee maker, were a great bonus. the hotel's location was also key, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful rear gardens, where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The limited parking, as the hotel had only a few spots available. Street parking was an option, but it could be challenging to find a spot in the residential neighborhood.

The hotel provided everything we needed! Our room was spacious with a cozy bed and modern bathroom. We absolutely loved the location, close to the city centre and with rear gardens that provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Our breakfast was delicious, with many options available to choose from. We also enjoyed the free parking available on the street, just around the corner.

We did have a slight issue with a lack of staff presence after 19:00.

The single room I stayed in had a tea and coffee maker, heating, and a flat-screen TV, making it feel like a home away from home. As a business guest, I found the extra-large, individually furnished rooms with a work desk perfect for getting some work done in a comfortable environment.

I personally found the cable TV in the single room a bit outdated, but it's just my subjective opinion. Others may still enjoy it.
